Matters to be addressed:

Certification support, requirements of the Sustainable Hotel Management Standard and benefits of a certified hotel.

Methodology:

Visit at the hotel establishment / virtual interview are made to diagnose the current situation and the work bases to be implemented in the following months are established with a remote follow-up by the assigned coach. Once the implementation has been completed, a new visit /virtual interview is carried out as preliminary audit with the delivery of a final report.

Deliverable:

Two Coaching Reports (F18), one after each visit / virtual interview.

Matters to be addressed:

Requirements of the Sustainable Hotel Management Standard in which the hotel is certified.

Methodology:

Visit at the hotel establishment / virtual interview in which all the points of the Standard of the certified level are reviewed verifying the documentation, evidence and external communication.

Deliverable:

Preliminary Audit Coaching Reports (F18) explaining the non-conformities detected, improvement opportunities and strong points.

Matters to be addressed:

Requirements of the Sustainable Hotel Management Standard in which the hotel is certified and additional requirements to reach the desired level.

Methodology:

Visit at the hotel establishment / virtual interview in which the points of the Standard of the certified level are reviewed and the work bases to implement the additional requirements of the desired level are established. Once the implementation has been completed, a new visit /virtual interview is carried out as preliminary audit to request then the certification audit of the desired level.

Deliverable:

Two Coaching Reports (F18), one after each visit / virtual interview.

Matters to be addressed:

Analysis of deviations from the Audit Report and possible solutions to be given in the Action Plan. This activity is focused on the requirements that were not approved in the audit.

Methodology:

A virtual interview is coordinated with the Person in charge of Sustainability of the hotel to address explanations and methodologies regarding compliance with Non-Conformities and a proper drafting of the documentation to be submitted to the auditor.
